Prematch Coat Drive
We encourage all fans to contribute to our pre-match coat drive in partnership with Gengras Motors. With a donation, fans will receive a 15% merchandise discount voucher to use in the stadium! Coats can be dropped off at Gate A upon entry.
Accessing Your Tickets
- Hartford Athletic offers several ticket packages in addition to single-game options. Visit hartfordathletic.com/tickets for more information.
- Hartford Athletic tickets are Mobile Entry Tickets. You must have a smart device on hand to enter the venue.

- Our Trinity Health Stadium box office opens at 5:30 PM.
Entry
- Gate A (the main gate on Huyshope Ave, closest to the Colt Building) opens two hours before kickoff for Happy Hour
- All other gates open at 6:30 pm
Food Trucks
In addition to our concessions in the north and south ends of the stadium, food trucks are spread throughout the concourse. The food truck lineup will be updated the day before each home match.

Happy Hour and Live Music
Enter at Gate A for $5 draft beer happy hour before each match at the Jim Beam Crossbar from the time gates open to an hour before kickoff with live music in the beer garden. You must have a ticket to the match to enter the stadium for happy hour.

Parking
- Lot 2 opens 3 hours before kickoff
- All other lots will open 2 hours before kickoff
- Parking passes (Season Ticket Members and Corporate Partners) are delivered digitally and available in the SeatGeek app. Please go here for instructions on accessing your parking passes. Individual game parking passes are also available for purchase here.
- Matchday Parking cost is $15 if paid in advance online, and $18 (cashless payment) on match day.
Prohibited Items
Certain exceptions to the list of prohibited items will be made for those fans attending Hartford Athletic matches as a member of a recognized Supporters Group, and for items pre-approved by Hartford Athletic, United Soccer League, and Trinity Health Stadium.
- Animals, other than assistance dogs, conditional upon presentation of the dog’s veterinary
record indicating that all vaccinations are up to date and official documentation stating that the dog is an assistance dog. - Scooters and other powered devices that are not intended for transportation of disabled
persons or persons with limited mobility. - Any weapon, including but not limited to self-defense, ammunition, or component parts of
guns, piercing or bladed items, knives, cold steel weapons, and any other objects that may be
used as a weapon. The foregoing in Section 3 does not apply to Local law enforcement
personnel and authorized security personnel. - Compressed and liquefied gases, flammable and pyrotechnical substances, and items regardless
of their type, including but not limited to fireworks, signal flares, missiles, crackers, gas bottles
and items that may be used to make pyrotechnical devices or smoke; and any other materials,
articles, and/or objects that can be used to generate smoke, explosions and/or flames, other
than those consistent with the Hartford Athletic Smoke Policy. - Aerosol cans or pressurized containers.
- Unlawful narcotic, psychotropic, and/or toxic substances.
- Umbrellas (fans should bring raincoats/ponchos for inclement weather) are generally not allowed.
However, exceptions will be made on a game-by-game basis. Check Hartford Athletic’s social media
channels for specifics. - Moving and gliding aircraft or their models (gliders, drones, kites, etc.), and any missile or
projectile-like object. This includes soccer balls. - Strollers or baby seats may not be taken into the stands or left in section entrances.
- Bikes, skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, shoes with wheels.
- Backpacks and large bags over 14x14x6 inches (subject to search).
- Laser pointers or flashlights.
- Selfie sticks and/or monopods.
- Smoking or tobacco products.
- Frisbees or inflated balls of any kind.
- Outside food or beverages.
- Metal or glass containers of any kind.
- Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
- Insulting any other persons (which includes by use of banners, signs, and other means of visual
propaganda) and carrying out any other activities that humiliate and/or insult people, their
human dignity, or their business reputation. - Acting, chanting, or using language in any way that is discriminatory or extremist, aimed against
a country, person, or group based on race, color of skin, ethnic, national, or social background
and wealth, birth or any other status, gender, disability, age, language, religion, political or
other opinion, sexual orientation, or on any other grounds.
